Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Corporate Trainee to manage and support all matters related to SECP compliance and corporate structural changes. The ideal candidate should be familiar with corporate regulatory processes and eager to build a professional career in corporate advisory and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling SECP filings and regulatory compliance
- Managing corporate structural changes (incorporation, amendments, share changes, etc.)
- Liaison with regulatory authorities
- Maintaining statutory records and documentation
- Supporting corporate advisory assignments
- Ensuring timely completion of compliance requirements
Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / ICMA (Inter) / ACCA (Inter)
Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar corporate/compliance role
- Conversant with SECP processes and documentation
Period of Service & Compensation
- 1 Year, Competitive Stipend will be paid.
